Rebecca Teague

Rebecca is an illustrator and therapist with a passion for creating positive change in the world. Alongside her brother, she is part of the creative force behind Baba's, a community-driven project that celebrates the wisdom of ancient and modern global practices, while also calling attention to urgent issues related to social and environmental justice.
Her background in various fields of therapeutics informs her art, and she uses her illustrations to promote a holistic approach to well-being that includes self-care, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Rebecca's goal is to use her art and therapeutic work to create a better world where everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive and where we can all live in harmony with each other and with the planet.
In addition to her work as an illustrator Rebecca is a Psychotherapist and specialises in trauma related to intimacy, body image, and self-esteem. She currently offers short and long-term therapy sessions to help people overcome these issues.
With a MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a PgC in Psychodynamic and Humanistic Counselling, Rebecca aims to brings a deep understanding of the human mind and emotions to her therapeutic, branding and artistic work.
Through her illustrations, Rebecca aims to make a sweet mark on the world, empowering people to create positive change in their own lives and in the world around them.
